Everyone was so nice and courteous throughout. Honestly, my car was a mess. We have a dog and I'm a trail runner, so it takes a beating. They took such good care of it that it almost looks brand new. I've used other detailing services before, but the value Prime Shiners provides is unmatched. They were able to get the stains out and remove all of the dog hair. Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Victor was my technician and he was prompt, thorough and informative about aftercare as well, which I appreciated. Pricing in my opinion was fair as well. All pricing was clearly stated on their site and any additional charges were confirmed prior to any work being done. I had both old stains and mold from a recent food incident in my car and they were able to remove it all. I had scheduled a deep clean advertised for 2 hours but he ended up working on it for almost 4! I'm super satisfied with the work done.

Our minivan was a complete and total mess from the accumulated snack crumbs, milk spills, pet hair, sand and dirt that comes from a family with small kids and animals. What do I need to do before you arrive?
Take out anything you want to keep, leave the keys and a parking spot. You don't need to stay for the whole job, just the start and the walk around at the end.
Do you come to apartments and campus housing in Berkeley?
